The BACC received a $10,000 Seed Grant from the North American Division Adventist Community Services and $10,000 from the Potomac Conference Corporation in order to build an Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) compliant ramp to provide access to the building. The ramp provides disabled clients access to the facility they deserved so they can receive the services they require. This capital improvement has been on the high priority list and is just the first of many projects planned.
